CINCINNATI HORROR FILM FESTIVAL

It’s about time to give a little more to the horror fans in Cincinnati
Mitchell Wells and Ben Isaacs have put together the 1st annual Cincinnati Horror Film Festival that will be running in June. The festival will be held at the Fairfield Community Arts Center in Fairfield, Ohio on Saturday June 14th, 2008.
The theater is located inside of the Community Center with a seating capacity of 200. It’s a beautiful theater located in a great part of the city with state of the art equipment. We will have the theater from 11am to 11pm, so that is a full 12 hours of films, guest speakers, and more. Even though its a smaller event it is specifically targeted to horror fans so the target market is there for you.
Due to a growing need for horror in the Ohio area, it was only natural for a festival like this to happen….
So with the help of HorrorSociety. com as well as Ben Isaacs and crew…we are proud to announce the 1st annual Cincinnati Horror Film Fest!!
We will be starting out slow and building up to give you some of the best Horror Films! Both short films and feature length will be shown at the Fairfield Community Arts Center in Fairfield, Ohio. The Cincinnati Horror Film Festival will be held at the beautiful Theater at the Fairfield Community Arts Center. This traditional proscenium theatre seats 237 at full capacity with state-of-the-art lighting and sound. Due to the graphic nature of horror film violence, you must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket.
This first fest will be 11 hours of Films, Guests, Horror Raffle, and more! From 11am to 11pm we will be dishing out the horror for you with non-stop movies showcasing some of the best talent out there.

HorrorSociety. com is a website devoted to the Indie Horror Films and the fans that love them. We have been around for about 3 years now, and this is a great chance for us to give our fans a little something extra. It is official, “The 4400″ and “The Dead Zone” have been canceled. As they were left of the new summer and fall schdule for USA Network programming. “The 4400″ was left at a cliffhanger which was a total surprise to me as the show did get ratings. But for “the Dead Zone” it was no surprise as they ended last season with Johnny back at the beginning for the most trying to stop Stillson. And killing off a major character for no reason and his kid who was played by four different child actors over the past six seasons! I guess there is no hope for spinoffs or movies but with Lionsgate, nothing is for sure?
