CINEMA WASTELAND MOVIE and MEMORABILIA EXPO: March 30th, 31st and April 1st, 2007

WEEKEND SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
(See the Convention Program and Schedule when you arrive for movie reviews, additional details, or any last minute changes to the schedule of events.)

* Movie (and Guest) Room 1 is where we screen all of our movies on film.
* Movie (and Guest) Room 2 is where we screen most of the stuff on video or DVD projection.
* Both Rooms are used for Guest Talks and Events all weekend.

Registration (to pick up tickets, t-shirts etc) Opens at 3:30pm on Friday.
3-Day Pass holders are admitted at 4:30pm on Friday.
All Single Day Pass holders get in at 5:00pm on Friday.

FRIDAY:
4:30pm - 3-Day Pass people admitted.
5:00pm - Doors open to everyone.
6:00pm - The classic 1985 Continental Video “clip collection” TERROR ON TAPE begins.
6:15pm - Movie: MANIAC begins in Movie Room 1.
7:30pm - A collection of classic underground short films, bizarre cartoons, and assorted oddites! The latest installment of ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER THEATER begins in Movie Room 2.
8:00pm - Guest Event: MANIAC star, Caroline Munro, meets with fans after the movie ends in Movie Room 1. Hammer Films starlet, “Bond Girl”, and Fantasy film and/or B Movie Queen… What a way to kick off the weekend guest talks!
9:00pm - Movie: Toe Tag Pictures first feature film, THE REDSIN TOWER begins in Movie Room 1.
9:30pm - Guest Event: We’re guest and reunion heavy this show, so we’re doubling up on Friday night talks. Come and meet with Camille Keaton, star of the cult exploitation classic, I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE, featuring a career retrospect and movie intro hosted by Ultra Violent Magazine’s managing editor, Art Ettinger, in Movie Room 2. What a way to close down the Dealer’s Room and get ready for a couple of films to end your night!
10:00pm - The Dealer and Guest Room closes for the night. Have no fear. We’ve still got four hours worth of film to screen before we shut down for the night!
10:15pm - Movie: I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE begins after Camille Keaton’s talk in Movie Room 2.
11:00pm - Movie: Ted V. Mikels drive-in classic, ASTRO-ZOMBIES begins in Movie Room 1.
Midnight - Movie: Low Budget Pictures FILM CREW begins in their usual Midnight Friday time slot.
12:30am - Movie: Don Dohler’s Baltimore lensed “B” Movie classic, ALIEN FACTOR, rounds out the Friday night films in Movie Room 1.

SATURDAY:
10:00am - The show opens to everyone.
10:00am - The made for TV movie classic, HELTER SKELTER, begins in Movie room 2. We DARE you to sit through all 3+ hours of this uncut version before we hold out Cast Talk later this afternoon!
10:30am - Nazi scientists and ugly-faced chicks with bodacious bodies! “Hangover Theater” begins in Movie Room 1 with SHE-DEMONS, classic grade “Z” 50’s horror cinema at its most ridiculous and well worth watching!
NOON - It’s time for our usual Saturday Morning THREE STOOGES, hosted by Akron/Cleveland’s very own Son of Ghoul. Join us for a trio of classic stooge shorts (and assorted cartoons) on reel film in Movie Room 1.
1:15pm - Movie: Drive-In classic, THE LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS begins in Movie Room 2.
1:30pm - Guest Event: Join the cast of HELTER SKELTER for a panel and Q&A session in Movie Room 1. (Yes, the movie plays in one room and the cast talk is in another room. We’ll give you time to watch the movie before the talk begins. Promise.)
2:30pm - Movie: Russ Meyer’s FASTER PUSSYCAT, KILL!… KILL!, begins in Movie Room 1.
2:45pm - Guest Event: Join the cast ‘n crew of the cult classic LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS in Movie Room 2. How can you pass up Drive-In memories of American International Pictures, working with Roger Corman and making Death Race 2000?… Be there for a once in a lifetime chance!
3:45pm - Movie: The indy feature ABE’S TOMB begins in Movie Room 2.
4:00pm - Guest Event: The cast of FASTER PUSSYCAT, KILL!… KILL!, meets in Movie Room 1. Yeah, like any serious Wasteland fan will miss this talk!
5:30pm - Movie: George Romero’s THE CRAZIES begins in Movie Room 1.
5:45pm - Guest: Resident Wasteland author Joe Knetter does his thing in Movie Room 2. Will you get a reading, some bizarre poetry, or the ramblings of a drunken film fan? Only Joe knows for sure as we encourage him to just do his thing. He also tells us that there’s a free limited edition photo for all who attend!
7:00pm - The Dealer and Guest Room closes for the night.
7:00pm - Movie: Indy vampire flick, ABATTOIR, begins in Movie Room 2.
8:00pm - “A Ghastlee Nite at the Movies” starts in Movie Room 1. Join us for Dinner Theater Mystery Night and see if you can figure out who is killing the Cinema Wasteland Horror Hosts… Music! Fun! Prizes! Be There!
8:30pm - Movie: Brutal and gory… HOUSE OF CARNAGE begins in Movie Room 2.
10:00pm - Movie: CHAINSAW SALLY begins in Movie Room 2.
11:00pm - Movie: NIGHT OF THE COBRA WOMAN begins in Movie room 1.
12:00 Midnight - Movie: ASSMONSTER ends the nights screenings in Movie Room 2.
12:30am - Movie: The cult drive-in classic, BIGFOOT ends the nights screenings in Movie Room 1.

SUNDAY:
11:00am - The show opens to everyone.
NOON - Movie: BIGFOOT begins in Movie Room 1.
NOON - Movie: A.D.D. THEATER returns to Movie Room 2.
1:45pm - Movie: ALIEN FACTOR begins in Movie Room 1.
2:00pm - Movie: The uncut version of HELTER SKELTER wraps up the weekend screenings in Movie Room 2.
3:30pm - Movie: ASTRO-ZOMBIES wraps up the movie screenings in Movie Room 1.
5:00pm - Cinema Wasteland’s Annual “Spring Spectacular” officially closes. See you all the weekend of October 5th, 6th and 7th, 2007 when we do it all again. Same Place, and the Same Great Time you’ve all come to expect from a Cinema Wasteland show.
